Chad Sarno is a long-time pioneer of plant-based foods and is the Chief Culinary Officer and co-founder of Good Catch. Chad is also co-founder of Wicked Kitchen. He has launched successful plant-based restaurants in Istanbul, Munich, London and Belgrade and served as VP of Plant-Based Education at Rouxbe Cooking School. Prior, he was the Media Spokesperson and R&D Chef for Whole Foods Market. Chad is co-author of NY times best seller Crazy Sexy Kitchen, The Wicked Healthy Cookbook and The Whole Foods Cookbook.
